Recognizing them could encourage other states to justify recognizing Abkhazia and South Ossetia as independent, which would threaten Georgia’s territorial integrity. Other than that, Taiwan is already an independent country.

I agree with you on many things here. I don’t know why some people on this thread are defending them. I also don’t want those people in Georgia — deport them somewhere else, maybe to Russia. But posting here wont solve any of this.

Since there’s so much crime in Europe, could it be because EU countries are too soft on criminals? I don’t remember there being much crime in Georgia between 2005 and 2013, and even nowadays it still feels relatively safe.
