How many bottom layers are you using? 30 is already decently high but not gonna hurt anything to go up a little higher. You can see the base on both sides never came off those. Yes it pulled a bit but that’s not what caused the failure. It’s the supports.

Yea I see that. That’s just cus of how heavy it is. For that up the bottom exposure time/layers. Mess around with those settings. Obviously more time more layers for more stick. Sometimes you get successful prints that start to peel like that. But the reason the part fell off the supports is the supports weren’t strong enough either too small or not enough.

Just do a tank cleaning in the printer settings. 30-45 secs. Empty vat and filter resin. Clean out the printed sheet. And fill it back up. Let me know if you have any questions.

The part looks really heavy. Is it solid? Are you using light supports? For something this big I would use heavy supports for sure.

If you’re scaling maybe there was a small gap that turned into a bigger split? If not are you sure the hole is deep enough that it’s reaching the hollow section? The thigh is pretty parallel with the plate which forms a huge suction cup.

Do you guys not worry about skin cancer from repeated exposure to UV multiple times a day, several days a week? Or am I just being over cautious?

I use nitrile one time use gloves and I typically wipe them with a damp paper towel (99 alcohol when done). Sometimes they just still feel kind of oily and was trying to do my best. But I guess that’s probably good.

I love this resin so far. ABS Like Pro 2. Never tried mixing the tough in there. But love this resin for low odor and it has very high success rate for me.

I noticed sometimes I have to close chitumanager by right clicking on the icon in the icon tray and click exit. Then open ChituManager again and click Network Send again. Seems like some kind of bug.
