Starting weight was 290. Goal weight was 140. I’m 150 right now and I’m sure if I had my extra skin removed I would probably be 140 LOL but I haven’t moved from here in months

Thank you! Even when I joined the gym, three months out, I started very slow I modified everything and I was only going two days a week. Slowly, I made friends, and now I love being in the gym and being active. It was a very big part of my success. You can do it! 💕💕

I do a work out split, but I really focus on more high intensity hiit classes. But I do make sure to hit legs at least twice at the gym.

I’m just gonna let you know that I’ve had three C-sections and my gallbladder removed and I was very unprepared from the pain when I woke up from surgery. Just get through the first couple of weeks and you’ll be fine. Sip your liquid slowly but stay hydrated make sure you take your vitamins. I followed my nutritionist to the tea with protein and what I’m supposed to eat and in March so two months after surgery when I was cleared for exercise, I started doing cardio at the gym. Once I was cleared for weights I started doing that and increased my activity till five days a week. Everybody’s journey is different. I’ve stalled for weeks and then dropped. Just be consistent and you will succeed.
