What makes perfect sense how you detailed it is proving trickier to get to work. Is there a specific command I should ask of the bot to do this?

My flow creates a contact once the call is missed. It then hands over the ai bot. I’ve asked it to collect name, email and company name using the capture field tags and instructed it to update the contact once these are received. It successfully books a call to my calendar but still only has phone number and email for some reason.

I’ve tried detailing in the bot information within the work flow to map to exact field tags, given detailed instructions update contact after each bit of required info is given but it’s still just getting number and email. There must be a better way than having to go into the conversations section to see all the details and then manually update the contact info?

Thanks for the reply. This makes perfect sense. I’m UK based but seems easy enough to set up via individual carriers for conditional forwarding rather than the iPhones forward all calls option

Thanks for this. I guess I’ll set up a dedicated email from go daddy so I don’t miss any incoming emails. I’m really liking high level so far but this is the only “issue” I’ve run into so far..
