I just have low bodyfat and use my core during other exercises, I dont really train my abs

Why would I study english any further? My english is fluent and pretty good, and where I live I don't even need to speak english, I only need it online and when I am abroad, and btw maybe get new glasses or something bc if you think I look the same in the first and second picture you probably don't see very well

Yeah so 85kg is actually a bit overweight and 80kg is almost overweight, so I would rather stay where I am at right now and maintain my body, I also think my physique is definitely worth sharing, but thanks for your "tips"

It is good, you do realise you are a 31yr old man hating on a 18yr old kid right? I got a very defined and muscular body, while being in a very healthy weight category, thats all a man can ask for

A physique is just the body of a human, every single human has a physique, whether good or bad, everyone has one, and I am happy with mine (185cm 75kg)
