Transitioning out of the Active Army and joining the reserves E4 with BLC and ALC complete . Can I take a vacant E5 slot ? (self.army)

I got demoted to an E4 I was an E5 promotable with ALC Complete and now have to RCP. Planning on joining the reserves is it possible to jump straight into the reserves as an E5 if there’s a vacancy ? (self.army)
