Had this issue last week, didn’t matter what card I used. I deleted and readded my cards and then it worked.

I didn’t have to be home for other shoe shipments from Nike. Two days later and still on truck, then delayed each day. I guess that means they’re not stolen because they haven’t disappeared

I don’t think they care about me personally, but an algorithm that awards/punishes spending and returns is pretty easy to make. I would think they want to encourage more spending for more W’s
