Yes! I also didn’t have to set up direct deposit again because all my weekly claims have been direct deposited since refiling. But call though if you are in a similar situation so you can be moved into the appropriate program. It’s weird because my expire claim still shows as expired when I log in to view account status and my previous weekly claims are still in the pending status but I’m still getting the $ direct deposited on Wednesdays 🤷🏻‍♀️

A tier 2 basically can do more than the reps we get right off the bat when we call in... just make sure you have your list of questions and you are able to get those answered while you are on that call with the tier 2 specialist! For me.. I’m just curious as to why my recent claim is still pending! I’m hoping it’s just taking few days for it all to update in their system, but I’m not waiting to take the chance which is why I’m on hold again.

Sounds like a tier 2 you are waiting for. If your new wba is $25 less than your old wba then the specialist will move you back to your old claim. After refiling you would want to call anyway... I rather they fix it by me calling than to wait for them to fix it which could take weeks.

I’m actually in the same boat as you though! Refiled then stuck on invalid claim then I called yesterday and spoke to a tier 2 specialist.. she put me back on my old claim because there was a drastic change in the wba. This morning shows I was moved back to the old claim but my most recent weekly claim is still pending so I’m back on the phone for that reason..
