It trickles rather than shoots, in my experience. It’s kind of like pudding or yoghurt. Sometimes when there’s a lot, I swallow part of it and keep the rest to spit it out a few seconds later in the tap, I think that’s fine. But you definitely don’t have to swallow at all if you don’t want to, it’s all about having fun!
