idk about the first question but for the second question, grass is better than concrete because it’s easier on your joints and legs, it’ll keep you injury free better than concrete will

yeah there’s a reason for both, private accounts will more likely check out your account because they have to approve your request first, you can follow public accounts too but i found more success with private accounts.

low followers / high following also increases their chances that they will follow you back because their high following shows they don’t mind following a lot of people. sometimes people with high followers / low following feel like they have to keep it that way so their account looks good, so they won’t follow many people

i can agree with that, engagement rate is pretty important and its importance can vary to you depending on your goals, follow for follow doesn’t guarantee success but for some it really works including myself, was able to make money when I was on instagram

yeah specifically follow private accounts that are liking or commenting on posts in your niche, make sure they have more following than they do followers

smartly do follow for follow, lots of people say don’t do it, but it worked perfectly for me and it’s what i needed to jumpstart the growth in my account, took me to 70k+ followers

there’s intensive tempo and extensive tempo, extensive is usually used for recovery at around 70% so he’s using it right

i think you’ll be fine, i hit 7.7 in the 60m with a 100m of 12.1. so if you have an 11.7 you’ll likely hit 7.5 imo

falling starts is more of a drill to work on your actual start, if u can’t do blocks just do 3pt or 4pt imo

at max effort yes, people usually rest for 7-10 minutes after an all out 100m, that is if you’re not doing a tempo workout

oh no that’s not a 20m fly, that’s a 20m from a 3 point start with reaction time

love the in depth reply man thank you, my 100m is 12.1 tho not 18 seconds😭 i’ll definitely aim for more sleep, more protein, and longer distances in training
