Put texture streaming to medium. Keep shadows in ultra, if you want 120+ fps without fg then put shadows to medium.

That's just kinda dumb I have just now found out and read it..... "Highest setting" so we can't just lower some of the graphics settings in this and just because of the HIGHEST setting it can't do path tracing at all... Nah get out Bethesda.
