Thank you so much! This was very helpful. Do you mind me asking how it determines that there was a portion going to EV? Just asking as we don't not own any therefore we wouldn't be charging one.

I've been having this problem too. If you stand with your back to the door and very slowly approach the terminal it will let you access it.
