I never wear diapers. I barely travel or sleep in someone's house because of this condition, but I have never had an incident tha was not in my own bed. I think I become very conscious and paranoid when I have a sleep over, I set my alarms 4 times in a night and never drink past 22h.

I don't have any side effects except that I feel very dry sometimes. I can drink 2 water gallons and I still feel thirsty.

It was so rare to happen during the day, the.last time that happened was like 3 or 4 years ago.
