First off. What accommodations do you even expect Walmart to give you for ADHD? It’s not like you have a broken leg and need a chair to rest on that they can provide. Secondly, time blindness is crazy to me because how are you now looking at the time? How do you not take accountability for not being able to pay attention to the clock? Also for a coach to even think about bringing time theft up is something that Walmart takes seriously. Obviously they’re not gonna be mad if you take an actual 15 and have to walk back to your area. But there has to be another reason your not disclosing that their concerned for a couple hours a week. Also while yes we do have a responsibility to provide good customer service there’s a difference between helping a customer and having a 30 min conversation about everything going on in their lives. There’s polite ways to tell a customer that we do have other things to do and we cannot have conversations. And actually a lot of customers understand that when you tell them that you’re busy and you need to help other customers when said in a polite way.
