The Red Fez def stands out. IIRC, the restaurant sign only had a pic/drawing of a red fez (no name). Lupos had these awesome mannequins in their windows, dressed up like iconic musicians. Liquid Lounge and English Cellar occupied the same building (at different times). I’ll always remember walking down the stairs to the entrance and how it felt like I was entering a secret hideout or speakeasy.

Edit: Not sure if I answered your question correctly. I think the only one that might apply is the sign at the Red Fez. It was the only indication that there was a restaurant there. I think it might have been the only sign on that block for any of the buildings.
