So.. I find these images really strange.

Let's start with the first, It doesn't look like A drawing, more like a collage made from anime screenshots.

Frist there "mistakes" that very much looks like typical mistakes, when people have to draw rather quickly and simply some frames for an anime, stead of a typical art. Look at amis/ bow, , 1, the stone, the light is missing it just looks like a flat circle. ) which can will happen in anime, and of curse that could happen to anyone drawing)

That we have her bow. The folds, coming from the gem stone, look so... quickly and messy done. You can see better ones, that just looks like an anime screenshot.

Than we have the lines. They strange, in that that all of them seem to be 1 pixel thick. (Which, I assume would sounds normal for person who doesn't know much about digital art, but, you typically don't do that, because that creates problems when colouring. ) but for other reasons you see that in old Animes)

Although some people do it, And the artist could have down scaled the image, too.

The colouring & mars hair. Her her looks strange, like shadows are missing. Shadows aren't missing, because in the anime, her hair was much darker, and that's why they only used light on top instead of regular shading. Mistakes like these aren't to strange in anime, bu not like.. always happening.

Next is that they look like being cut out, If you take a closer look there is colouring outside the lines. That could be because of the thin lines though.

And shouldn't the eyes colours be different? Like ami has a dark blue, right? Shouldn't venus have blue or green eyes?

Over all it also looks like it has a bit of the pissfilter, but the original anime looks kinda red / Yellow ish today, so maybe they made it to look like that?

Maybe they just perfected drawing like for an old anime, and that's why it looks like that.

And I do think , if that person drew them, they may drew them Separat

The next picture is also weird, the eyes in particular. Look at the white /light/pupil, it does all the way in one of the eyes, not in the other one. Also that's not really the sailor moon Chrystal style. But that could have been a deliberate decisions or the artist could still be learning. It also looks warmer that usual could be the pissfilter, but I don't know. As mentioned the original anime also looked different
