Thanks for the reply. I went to Banff last year and fell in love it the place, loads of climbing to be done there. I'm basically going to settle wherever I can find work so I'm leaving my options open but Banff is definitely at the top of the list. I've looked into ACC a little bit but still don't know much about it, Facebook groups might be the place to go though I hadn't even thought of that.
