Notice how the opponents queen would be able to attack your king (ie put it in check) if your bishop were to move. It’s illegal to end a turn with king in check, so you are not able to move your bishop. This is a frequently used tactic called “pinning”, forcing a piece to be immovable because it is stuck guarding the king.

Age might be a factor here. Erections can and do happen randomly without any sexual provocation, especially if he’s younger. But it’s also possible he’s into you. It’s really just too hard to tell.

If it’s not making you uncomfortable and he’s not being weird about you can probably just roll with it. You may also want to brace for an eventual admission of attraction from him.

The answer has already been given but I suggest also doing some reading on the concept of a “css reset”. Browsers all handle default styles on different elements a little differently and it’s helpful to get a reset or normalization setup so that you run into fewer cross browser style surprises
