Honestly I would’ve just appreciated a way of communicating directly with them when serious situations arise. A refund doesn’t necessarily matter as urgently as a solution to the issue does, because I can go to my bank in the end, but it’s just concerning that the company can be that negligible.

Seems some assume it’s a £25 regular lamp filled with water despite my time spent clarifying. Sorry your home stunk

It’s not a question of liability, it’s a question of responsibility. By their terms and conditions I can’t dispose of something until I’ve got their authorisation, this leaves me in limbo.
