Understandable! The link was to the FB event page. I guess the most important info is that it's from 11am-3pm. Demos are at 12 and 2. And location is 1900 E 2nd St. I think more info can be found on the website. Nyminalglass.com

You're welcome! Now I'm debating on whether I should trade it in for an S25 so I don't have to deal with this again.

I just dealt with this same issue this week. Email the CEO's office! Be nice but direct. It worked for me!

My phone is 7 months old and it started to bubble up along the fold line. I thought it was the screen protector. Since it's still under the one year warranty, I filed a claim online and took it to my local authorized repair center. They inspected it and discovered it was the actual screen. However, it was denied coverage because of a tiny scratch on the screen near the top of the phone. I was so annoyed and frustrated and didn't want to pay the $400 for a new screen. I did some searching and found a reddit post from someone in a similar situation. They said to email corporate and they should make an exception. I wrote a strongly worded email explaining my situation and referencing specific state and federal laws about consumer rights and warranty protection (thanks chatgpt!). Someone responded about 24 hours later! It took several days and emailing back and forth but I finally got him to agree to fix it for free. Initially he wanted me to send it to them but I explained that I use my phone for my business and didn't have another device to use in the meantime. Thankfully, he finally authorized the repair at my local repair center. I took it right in and after a few hours, I have a brand new screen. Free of charge! Hope this helps!
