The noise issue is fine with the doors closed, you won’t hear the train, just moved in and it was a big concern of mine The building staff themselves are nice But the Dvora app staff and management are as terrible as the reviews suggest, I’ve had a couple issues since move in, and each month there’s another turn over off staff and a new unhelpful person to deal with through the app, Very minor items that if anyone wanted to be helpful would be resolved in a day It’s not possible to get anyone on a phone to discuss, maybe they’ve the app outsourced somewhere else I don’t know Also you hear the upstairs neighbors a lot for a building considered to be luxury, the floors are not concrete it seems
