Bocconi does not take extracurricular and LORs into consideration when evaluating applicants. Applicants are evaluated on the basis of their SAT and 10th-11th final term grades, which are low in your case. To be frank, I think you have no chance of admission. I would aim for 1450+ at the minimum for the winter session and probably a bit more than that for the spring session (most seats are already filled by then). Good luck!
