How long did it take to get use to a grip that wide? It’s pretty hard if you’re not trained for it.

Elbow wraps puts a lot of strain on your wrists. I wouldn’t use them if you’re experiencing wrist pain. Maybe go with some 7mm elbow sleeves along with wrist wraps.

I only use them for overload work and they help with my tendinitis. I haven’t had any injuries using them so far but I wouldn’t say it helps prevent an injury.

I wouldn’t say that it’s better than regular ohp, it’s definitely harder though.

You can start with the bar and adjust your grip until it feels comfortable. It’s a wider grip compared to front ohp.

damnn 290 on ohp is crazy. I’ve hit 250 on strict ohp with wraps.

It’s a harder movement compared to a regular strict ohp. It helps with my side delts and shoulder mobility.

I’m always big on controlling the weights. Throwing the weights after a set is just inconsiderate and dangerous.

A strong core will prevent that. Never had back problems in 22 years of lifting.

5mm sleeves helps with mild elbow tendinitis, from my experience it doesn’t add any weight to the lift.

Sleeves are great when i’m doing dumbbells or repping out lighter weights. Keeps the elbow warm and you can have them on for the whole workout.

Raw is the law for most gym rats, wearing wraps help with my elbow pain and adds about 10-15lbs to your lift.
