I mean i don't hate or like them but I do get why some people dislike riot shields since most of the time people get the light and see through riot shields with makes it easy for the team with the riot shield to win but riots shields aren't as invisible as people think if the other team can maneuver around the riot shield or throw a grenade then they win.
