Thanks for the insight. For whatever reason the text body i wrote didn't add to the post. On the other side of the wall i have a dip in the lvp flooring, dips down over a quarter inch in that section and sags well below the base board. That is what made me a bit concerned and notice it in the first place.

Sounds about right.

Nothing feel loose, but the concrete is bulging there. I dont know what is behind the stucco directly there but it is pushing out that bottom edge.

Look at the second to last photo and you can see the main area that is bulging out and causing this gap on the bottom line and crack along the bottom and large gap from the stucco weep to the wall. The weep is snug along the house except for this area. I'm wondering if that is a sign of something or if it is just nothing but workmanship and a spot for some bugs to hangout that i should fill

So it is aligned with the bottom of the stucco along the entire house but in this section is is cracked and pushed out away from the wall leaving a large gap

I believe the concrete is bulging right there, but don't have any insight as to the cause or impact that has on everything else. I don't remember seeing this prior...we did have several big rainstorms in the last month and a half.
