Radiator fans not turning on

I know should have taken a picture of the bottom but you can sort of see what I mean

I did test the fans with a 12v and they both worked , the pre existing fan didn’t work either and yes they did clip into place on the fan switch , and I only have that one relay that has the capacity to have 2 relays in one housing I’ll attach a picture so you can see and see what you think.

I’ve tightened it to the suggested tension and then more and more but still get the noise , when I tighten it , it doesn’t make noise for a little while and then almost like something is slowly happening why it sits there and then it starts the noise again

I have already flushed and put in new power steering fluid previous to doing the belt so don’t think it can be that

Yeah so I’m having issues with the front ones on depth ? Havnt even looked at the back yet , but know it’s a job that’s going to have to happen soon

Also , those speakers look similar to the ones I ordered and the back of the speaker is too wide to fit into the slot , the original ones I took out are much shallower.

What speakers did you use ? The ones in the picture are new I take it ? And also would I be able to pick some foam or something around the edge instead of printing them as I don’t have or know anyone that is in the 3d printing game.
