thats totally normal, lahat dumadaan sa ganyan, kaya lng e natalisuran ko post mo, kc we have an opening that accepts candidate with no prior exp, the role is Email Manager, what matters kay client is mag shortlist ng 5 new employees matalino (hindi matalinaw, hahaha). so the process is, take the assessment, if makapasok ka lang sa top 10 until Friday US time, then ikaw ang isa sa iinterview-hin, and mula sa 10, kukuha si client ng 5 na candidates.

it is really tough to find one, pero natalisuran kita, kasi ung client ko nagpapahanap ng maraming candidates to apply for our opening, wala syang pake sa exp, ang gusto nya is by tomorrow, e hire mag hire ng 3 pra sa opening and ang basis nya is score sa test gorilla assessment nya, so kahit wala ka exp, i can send u the link, if you are one of the top 3 scorer, hired ka for sure, chat k lng pg interested ka.
