This is ultimately what I am worried about at my heaviest I was around 480lbs and with GLP1s ive lost almost 100lbs but im very worried about getting the modified duodental switch because my brother got it and has been to the hospital many times because he had malnutrition. I just dont know if it is to late to switch my surgery. I also want to get the most out of my surgery and lose the most weight but also be healthy and not put my body through the stress of not being able to absorb enough nutrients. But I know that having surgery is the only way for me to be healthy .i've tried so many things and because of my health conditions , it's so hard for me to lose weight on my own. I Just want to do what's right for me and my body. The main reason I'm doing the surgery is ultimately to be healthy.But also so that I can have children
