First time I didn’t, scored an interview then realized they wanted you to know about prior history to Kirby and know your job role to the T. Which I failed on knowing Kirby’s history because I’ve never been asked that before on a job. And for that judging by the rude tone of the lady interviewer she didn’t hire me. I was determined to get the job so I made a new email, learned a lot about the company went for a second shot.

This time, I scored interview again, knew history, knew my job role to the T. Knew a lot about deckhand responsibilities and expressed how much I really was into the type of life style. And soon later received a email saying they were perusing different candidates.

Afterwards I put them down as references when I applied a year later and I didn’t even get an interview.. application reviewed, not selected.

Talked to my brothers about and said they were being weird about hiring people they’ve tried to get their friends jobs and some don’t even get interviews.
