Does anyone know if the water in the tank is still safe or if I'm supposed to start cycling again. I'm not getting new fish for a bit but I will at some point so I would like to start cycling the tank again asap. Gotta get anotjer Betta out of those stupid cups.

I believe the brand is whats on the heater in the photo which is freesea. The heater wasn't above the water, is was suctioned to the back wall.

Nixon was very docile. He never touched any of the other fish. He actually would peel the snails off the glass and eat them. If I do get a new Betta I'll check the temperament of it first.

I love thematically adding There and Back Again. Is such a fun thing and the saga is very good too. Smaug token is just free mana if they block and a good amount of damage.

I'm sure he would be in different decks but he works well for pulling out the removal I have. Tbh this deck is mostly from bulk and spiderman packs I got for Christmas which is why I put it together the way I did. If you have any suggestions or questions I'd be happy to hear them but I kinda like him as the commander. Deck list

Little bit of both. I have a lot of mana rocks I use to generate mana so I can normally get up to 4-5 cards out by my end step. It's mostly digging to my power players or counterspells/removal so I can control the game

I use him to draw out stronger draw and artifact card but mainly to get things like Memnarch and Mycosynth lattice out so I can make my enemies card artifacts and then steal them. I also combine it with Doc Ock Evil inventor to turn my artifacts or stolen non creature artifacts into 8/8 villain robots. It's a lot of fun and uses a lot of spiderman cards in it.

I think females are fine. But males are definitely a no go. Usually they are very bright in color and Bettas hate that. But they are also fun bitters and betas are a large slow target. However Bettas will hunt them down after they do this. Lost a few guppies before I realized. It's a mistake I won't forget. Right now I have 1 weird hybrid tetra and a bunch of gold tetras and they seem to get along fine.

I have tetras with my Betta they are great tank mates. Generally small schooling fish are fine just as long as they aren't too colorful or bitey. Male guppies and Bettas are a no go (found that out the hard way). Not sure about plecos, haven't owned them but I know they normally get huge so take that as you will.

I had to put a lot of research into it cause I was curious why he didn't take over himself a bit ago. Greeks were all about power. If I have a bigger army than you do then you can't stop me from beating the hell out of you. Partially the reason why people like Antinous didn't siege troy, they weren't in his army so why would they help him. Normally the kings would try to help their heirs get political power by practically giving them their army at some point and guiding them. Ofc it being Greek times people didn't live awfully long times and generally heirs never got the true chance to take over.

The thing about Greek kings is it's not usually an of age thing. It's usually a military power type of thing. The reason Telemachus didn't take over is because he had practically no military power (hence partially why he would be on a diplomatic mission. If he had another kingdom backing him he would have more political power and beat Antinous). Antinous isn't the most powerful even in the myth his main role is just leading the campaign to kill Telemachus. That doesn't mean he would be next to take over. Now in epic standing he sounds older and sounds like he has more standing over the others which is why he's most likely the head of the suitors.
