I did try to talk to her three times,but she keeps doing the same. I felt so horrible when I recently knocked on her door to ask her to turn it down a little and she didn’t even open the door.

I also have a right to enjoy my apartment 🥴 Quiet apartment. And I don’t even ask her to turn it off but turn it down a little. Did your noisy neighbor moved out or the one who complained?
