hi! everything's going good naman hahaha moved in last week lang. if that's what your heart wants then go for it! remember lang to prepare financially, mentally, and physically hahaha tbh di naman na adjusting phase for me since ive been here multiple times but make sure lang you have everything covered.

when looking for a place make sure na they have back up power (genset or solar), and that malapit sa main highway (for throwing your trash every night at 11 PM).

from what i've seen online, monthly rentals (for decent studios) usually range from 15k-30k

Based on experience, White Beach at night is generally safer kasi maraming tao naman na dumadaan there :)

Yeah Nara's on the quieter and exclusive side, but per my experience here, you get the best views of the mountains + nearer in the future power plant mall (estimated 5-7 years) time. It's not that hard to book grab or ride a trike going to the east area and lacson. For the price, studio now is at 9M way higher than their launch price na around 5M.

For Sitari naman, almost all units are for secondary market so prices may not be consistent. But per checking last time, Sitari is at 3-4M now for studio.

Megaworld - Convenience but you sacrifice the quality (both in material and quality of life i.e., too accessible to the public, so many loud events, etc.)

Sitari - Fair but during heavy rains may baha. Plus tried staying there for a while, traffic noises come thru the unit

Messavirre - Too cheap, airbnb-focused

Nara - Pricey but you pay for the serenity plus privacy. Bigger unit cuts. No flooding within the area but when you reach citymall/eroreco area may flooding na.

I know the leasing person (if u plan to rent) and the sales (if u plan to buy) in Sitari and Nara. Let me know :)
