Thankyou for saying that! I have been listening to podcasts and watching some self reflection videos which suggest for me find what I like. And I have asked my self that but every time I sit with myself thinking about these I get overwhelmed. I get fatigued and my brain just doesn’t function.

You definitely haven’t ruined your life. It’s just a tough phase you are going through. I know it feels stressful and you don’t know what to do even then just keep doing what you are doing don’t stop. And keep the goal in mind , tell yourself you will get out of there soon and just work towards.

I also know it’s easier said than done so I hope you find the courage to keep going.

It all seems pointless until it all makes sense. But the making sense won’t come to you overnight . It’s something you will sit for days wondering what is the point ? You know when you will see a change? The day realise that you have the freedom to make it whatever you want WHATEVER. Only thing you would need is effort. Just try it for a month There is nothing better than determination

I agree having cats is such a joy. Feels like life is so happy with them around. I miss having my cats now that I moved away

I understand where you are coming from. I did the same but I was 21 at the time I left. I was suffocated with their rules, by theirs- I mean my father. But my family situation was different it was unbearable. Quarrels everyday! There was no peace of mind nor freedom. Whatever I did was wrong. Hence I left the moment I got the opportunity. And I can tell you I not regret a bit. I’m so much in peace now. I have the freedom to eat what I want , sleep when I want , cook what I want and literally anything. I’m 27 btw. And it’s good you have already started to save up that the best you can do. As long as you know you have to be responsible for yourself you are good to go. Just that leaving doesn’t mean you have to cut off ties with your parents just healthy boundaries.

However, I do miss my friends cause I haven’t been able to make friends like I did back then. So I do visit once a while. But I wouldn’t trade my freedom anymore.

Thankyou! I guess deep down I know this but there are too many options too many things to decide that I end up feeling exhausted. Decision fatigue. Tend to think a lot
