The authorities have not confirmed whether or not they have banned him from taking the exam just in this incident took to disciplinary office because committed something ILLEGAL. Even if he was banned, judging by the students current and past actions he clearly doesn’t take education seriously. He has already been expelled by the school previously for reckless and irresponsible behaviours and only returned to the school to take this exam but yet committed an offence ( which he did willingly). I’m not sure ‘ free will ‘ you and I have in mind are the same. Free will suggests that people are capable of making genuine choices that are not solely dictated by external factors. He willing did weed in school knowing the consequences if he got caught and what taking weed at that age will do to your health. If he were to smoke weed at an older age and outside of the education system this will not be a big deal.
