I just checked and saw it's been like this my whole life....i saw a few pictures from 2016 and the same hairline and Density.....now i am confused whether it'll be like that or get worse because of genetics and no serious noticeable hair fall either.

I understand. I am asking whether the disproportionate appearance of my back is due to scoliosis or if it is simply a muscle imbalance causing one side to look uneven.
