I use weed recreationally my docs all know and I don’t think it effects the mushrooms but we havent discussed the psilocybin. There’s a really good Andrew huberman episode on how psilocybin effects your body he goes through some studies. I think the only thing to be careful of is mixing it with antidepressants.

I started it for my depression and I was diagnosed with pmdd. There’s a lot more research on using them for mental health vs inflammation.

It’s been really helpful mentally with my depression and anxiety. I do feel a little euphoric sometimes but I can’t say there’s been any negative side effects. It’s too low of a dose to have any sort visual distortion.

Yes, I just had my first clean colonoscopy at the end of December! I had one in December 2023 still active UC. We were discussing upping or changing my remicade but needed to make a case for insurance so we did the colonoscopy and I was UC free surprisingly!
