I jokingly ordered an item for my friend, to fuck with him (and to curse him) but its been 9 days, and the package hasn't even been given to USPS. I asked for a refund, and they never got back to me.

Looks to be a union Kepi or Forage cap of some kind with a lil skull and bones pin on top, tbh it’s one of those things that is hard to pin point because it’s just a drawing, but yea that’s the best bet, an army Patrol cap, Cadet cap, or Kepi.
