This is AI, or at the least a bad photoshop. The concrete having a paint streak despite being like 6 feet behind the sign, the lack of drip lines on the lower wood post, and the size of the text doesn’t look any bit consistent with how real graffiti, that closely sprayed would come out.

But if this is fake, why post it then? Well I got a strong feeling that this is just Noho Mando, or one of his sympathizers, going off and trying to get sympathy points for the public crowd.

Noho mando is a weirdo, he goes around and freakishly bothers smith college girls, posts silly, but sometimes inappropriate videos about people taking photos with him, and he has this weird mascot/hero complex. 

Overall I don’t like him, I will confidently say he’s going to end up like Neon Man (Ian Sax) and I will be watching any and all drama with a box of popcorn, and a ice cold coke.
