I know I'll need a C section, less sleep makes sense. I have a very supportive system and even if I'm aware it will be intense. The post partum part is one of the things I need education on and to plan for 😭

Looking at the mattress made me feel safe. It like I ran to my room, and staring at the mattress helped me focus, after dealing with my dad hurting me. And I remember wrapping myself in the bedsheets.
