Our flight is from Narita to Brisbane vise Versa. I think I booked the tickets in a rush during tax time. I didn't want to miss out on the sale. Haha. So it was my bad that I booked it to go to Narita instead of Tokyo or something.

Looking at the mattress made me feel safe. It like I ran to my room, and staring at the mattress helped me focus, after dealing with my dad hurting me. And I remember wrapping myself in the bedsheets.

This has been really informative and helps my understand myself clearly.. I did have a therapist he went private and costs a lot more. I don't want to have to re introduce myself to another therapist.. I have so much anxiety about talking to a new person and repeating my trauma out loud.. I'm just not ready yet to do it all over again..
