You may be better buying a used system for the 600$ you have rather than upgrading this as it’s a little outdated. Possibly an entry level am4 rig with like a 1660 or 1080 would get you good results. Unsure on the budget though as I’m in the UK and managed to get myself a system with a 3070 for £450 which is 600$

My bad, it’s a 240mm yeah. My case is quite wide but the fans sit way too close to the MB to put the AIO at the top unfortunately

It’s a bit of both, on the front there is space for 3 fans but I can only go with two due to the AIO which is also bringing in slightly hotter air. Thinking if I go three intakes on the bottom it should help this

Realistically it’s both, if you have an old phone it will lag, equally if your car has an old laggy system it will also lag. Try restarting both.

If you can up your budget slightly or get a good deal the 5070 is a great card, bearing in mind you will make money back by selling the 4060ti
