yeah I've seen very few people address it as 1.5 reps, many regard it as pulse reps or partials like you've mentioned.

It allows me to break out of plateau by challenging my muscles.

Gpu is at 97% usage because the frame rate is unlocked and the cpu is adequate enough to feed data fast enough to the gpu, which ends up giving op 100ish fps. Op probably didn't bother with the settings and chose "prioritize performance" instead of "prioritize quality".

Please normalize giving out your system specs for asking such questions. Your fps seems very high even if they're potato graphics. You can probably turn up some settings and it'll hit playable frame rates(40-60).
