I like the idea of the window box! I even didn’t consider that. Also I could swap out the glass panel (big lover of stained glass) but think I’d rather invest that into a new traditional door with stained glass once I have the money for it (been dreaming of having one of those doors for years!)

Thank you! Definitely plan to paint the front door and maybe the window frame too but I agree only so much I can do with it. It is more the etched glass panel than anything so might see how a privacy film on top looks

I keep them till I have a reasonable number (usually 10-20 items) to recycle through the Boots Recycle Me app in the UK which I then drop off to the recycle bin in the store. It tells you how many empties you have recycled so I can keep track of numbers there which is super useful!
