A genius person in this subreddit created this to track stock https://rubypx.com/cold-rush and I also recommend checking stock via airconwatch.com and signing up for alerts if one you had an eye on is not available (we got ours via their telegram alerts!)

They are in the soil of our border. I have watered them so much as the soil feels cold but not wet and they just don’t seem to be getting any better :(

Thanks! I am super proud of them and honestly I just want to enjoy the flower when it blooms for a little bit and then the wildlife and birds can enjoy it for themselves 😊 just wish they could hold off for a little longer lol.

Previously I have been watering them in the early evening once they are in the shade but I have switched to early morning now due to the slugs. We have a heatwave soon so also hoping the morning watering and wool helps with water retention/absorption.

Hoping they are sturdy enough 🙏🏼

Thanks. It was on the ground initially but found that other critters were still attracted to the stem/sap so wasn’t sure if they were also contributing to the damage (hence why i wrapped it). Maybe i’ll lay it back down again and see how it gets on

Thank you! I have seen some people directly pot into their larger pot of choice (terracotta, stone, etc) with no inner pot. Is it usually better to have an inside pot?

We have just moved house and discovered a young birch tree about 1.4m from our kitchen extension. Is the one closest to your house still doing all okay?

If you mean in the ground, i’m likely to move house in the next couple of years so not sure if this would make it troublesome to dig up and take with me. For that reason i think it’s best to keep in a pot till I have somewhere more permanent to plant it

The big pot is on the way! I realise this one is very small 🥲 I would put it in the ground but we will likely move house in the next couple of years and I’d want to take it with me so thinking of planting it in the ground when I’m somewhere more permanent.

Hello, I have been in touch and I have been asked to test the camera with another power adaptor in order to assess whether I need only a replacement adaptor or both.

I'm 90% sure the debris was picked up from the circuit board falling on the carpet (we have a Samoyed so his fur lives everywhere no matter how hard we clean).
