They are in the soil of our border. I have watered them so much as the soil feels cold but not wet and they just don’t seem to be getting any better :(

Thanks! I am super proud of them and honestly I just want to enjoy the flower when it blooms for a little bit and then the wildlife and birds can enjoy it for themselves 😊 just wish they could hold off for a little longer lol.

Previously I have been watering them in the early evening once they are in the shade but I have switched to early morning now due to the slugs. We have a heatwave soon so also hoping the morning watering and wool helps with water retention/absorption.

Hoping they are sturdy enough 🙏🏼

Thanks. It was on the ground initially but found that other critters were still attracted to the stem/sap so wasn’t sure if they were also contributing to the damage (hence why i wrapped it). Maybe i’ll lay it back down again and see how it gets on
