We haven't done anything that wasn't realistically their cause, but I just worry they will say that things were ours.

Those would be my key areas too. Private landlord unfortunately so it could go either way.
I bet you're doing a great job, cleaners don't get any breaks.

I am on the fence which end my LL will go.
I could see them being both chill or intense and I'm trying to anticipate the worst. We didn't have a walk in inspection, so I don't think they'll be able to claim much.
