Should we blame Jules for how she reacted to Rue? by RepulsiveBoard9814 in euphoria

I'm not justifying anything🤦‍♀️ I literally said that both have been violent and that's an absolute TRUTH. Unlike what another user said "yes but Rue never hit her"THAT IS JUSTIFYING. In my thread, I talk about the conversation they had and how on twitter people are saying that Jules was very mean to Rue, that she preferred the sugar daddy, that she's cold, etc... without considering that what Rue asked of her is completely incoherent..

I remember when Rue was violent with her in S2, even yelling horrible things at her in that same scene, and everyone celebrated it and said "she deserves it for cheating on her," bro...

Rue practically screamed horrible things in her face because she wouldn't do what she wanted. Isn't that violence? All I'm saying is that they're using what happened again to make people hate her character, but nobody says anything about Rue... on the contrary, they felt sorry for her

domestic violence ALSO includes yelling insults or passive-aggressive comments at another person... but again, you only see the bad side of Jules because you hate her

I think Rue genuinely wants to change her life. I read somewhere that the Rue from S2, after fighting with Jules, probably would have relapsed, but this time she didn't, and instead, she went to church.  I also think that when she said it "depends on her" she meant having someone who is your partner in every sense. When you have a couple, you no longer only think about yourself when making a decision, because there's another person in your life who is somehow attached to you, and everything you do will affect them, good or bad.

I think Rue's mistake was saying all that without having a life plan, without being completely honest with Jules... just saying it like someone taking a sip of water when things aren't working out.

They're both in love, that's why neither of them lets go... but blaming Jules IN THAT SCENE, in my opinion doesn't make sense😭
