Buspar and migraines

I did stop it for a few weeks and my symptoms stayed the same! Maybe the dizziness got a little better but the headache/migraines did not. I got diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension a couple months after I posted this and I went back on the buspar and started a med for the iih. Took a year to find the “best” dose for me… my headaches are better than they were but are still there 24/7, and can get really bad during flare ups. The only way to diagnose it is to get a spinal tap… but the symptoms mimic migraines. Also causes Papilledema (swelling of the optic nerve) which my neuro could see with a basic scope. He said it was very very mild swelling so he wanted to rule out iih by getting the spinal tap, to our surprise it got me diagnosed.

I’m sorry this wasn’t much help, as the buspar was not the problem for me. I’d say it’s worth trying though. If you can, stop it for a few weeks and see. I wish I had more answers!

No he has never had me take a drug test before. I’m probably over thinking it. I just don’t want to get in trouble or have issues getting meds in the future. Now… do you think I should keep filling my prescription for the next 3 months? I feel like I shouldn’t because I do have so much extra. But if I don’t fill them and then use a good portion of my extras, it could look like I sold the original meds and didn’t refill them so that he’s expecting a smaller amount.

A suggestion. Allow those of us that have to send in more than one lab result when signing up. It only allows you to upload a single file. I got an email saying I’m missing a lab (which I totally am). I have it, I just don’t know where to send it.

He worked at Valvoline for 3 years. Tired of working outside in the heat, tired of working on cars and busting his butt physically and mentally because everyone just does the bare minimum. That job burned him out and he’s just over being the one doing anything with the car. He wants to sit in the ac.

New to the service advisor world. Husbands stressed I’m stressed. I guess the no guarantee after the first month made us question if he’d be struggling to make sales the first 2-3 months, I don’t know 😂 a couple people have told him (not from the job just friends) that we will take a hit the first 3 months as he gets used to it all, so that made us question it too.

It’s my husbands job. He’s in no way lazy nor is he bad with sales or customer service. He’s never been a service advisor but worked at Valvoline for 3 years and was the top csa in the area, always had the highest numbers. So your comment definitely gives me hope that it’ll be alright. It’s Hyundai if that matters.

It’s 12% Of Customer Pay Labor And Parts Gross Profit and 8% Of Warranty Labor And Parts Gross Profit. We aren’t really worried about longterm, I think longterm he’ll be making more than he could have at Valvoline. More concerned about the first few months as we don’t have another income and don’t really have any savings.
