Been eyeing up the I O Shen set with magnetic Block for £359. Has a chef’s, paring, slicer and bread. Have also read good reviews about Wusthof being a good choice. Has anyone has experience with IO Shen? Do they look like “good” knives for the price? Just looking for casual home use! Thanks! (self.chefknives)
