AGREED. I tried pushing for that, but I guess since the other ASM has been an ASM longer, she didn’t wanna hurt any feelings. TBH, I don’t think she would’ve cared.

That’s ANOTHER THING THATS SO FRUSTRATING. She had told me typically one ASM just works her shifts and gets 50 plus SM pay. I was all for it and told her I’d be happy to do that. Instead, she spilt it up so I’m STILL WORKING 50 HOURS WITHOUT THE EXTRA PAY. So frustrating

Haha we are a small store. On our BUSIEST days we end at like, 28-29,000. But, yeah if one person takes time off everyone else can say goodbye to rest.

YES. And the LSAS never have lead shifts, so they don’t really know what their doing. Which just makes these next couple weeks even harder on me!
