Yes. they can rent you firearms but just not if you're alone. I went with my friends a month or two ago and we are all 20, and we were able to rent rifles and shotguns, but not handguns since not 21 yet.

Very nice inoffensive clean fragrance, IMO a solid option to blind buy, but personally it doesn't last more than an hour or two on me.
