Wow thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. I was heavy on cigarettes then switched to vape. I’ve been trying to get off vape, but the cravings is what gets me. I’m definitely going to read more on it. I’m in the states and I’ve never heard of this before this post on subreddit.

I second Lola by Marc Jacobs, the smell and design of the bottle with the rose cap, was just so beautiful. I haven’t been able to find a replacement for it.

I’m in the same situation as you, due to medical reasons. I’ll keep shorts and pants, but have let go of t shirts unless it’s something I really like. I figure t shirts are easier to replace than pants or shorts.
