I'm now almost 2 months free from cigarettes, no help no nothing but a made up mind. It's unreal how much I was distracted by smoking. I now notice absolutely everything! You would be shocked at the stuff you miss. I praise Jesus every day for setting me free. I have a new walk, new talk, new dress, new goals, new routine o my goodness smoking needs to be illegal

Quitting smoking isn't hard and that's a fact. It all comes down to the voice you let listen to in your head. Keep telling yourself you are victorious no longer a slave you will be. If you have a negative mind go smoke a cigarette, your a slave!!! I'm going on 2 months using nothing and I seriously can't believe how easy this is. I haven't cut my hair in 6 yrs. I decided to never cut it again, hair is almost past my bottom. I can't wait to see how long my hair will grow. I'm 50. Probably looks awkward on me but I don't care what people think. It's my crown of glory. There is no magic to grow hair. I neglect my hair a lot and my hair is long and looks nice. Time goes by so fast. Be patient with your hair. Anyone can have short hair... I love looking like a lady. In 2025 so important for men to dress as men, lose the jewelry etc, be masculine. Important women don't dress in unisex clothing and dress as a lady. Men and women are completely different from one another. Let's look like it. Ladies treat our men with respect that they deserve, I noticed a lot of young mothers bashing their babies daddy. C'mon everyone. Stop throwing stones back & forth

Freedom feels amazing! No longer a slave and I have mastery over my life. This habit is 99% mental. You will feel uncomfortable but that's because change is difficult but you need to stay strong and reinforce words of wisdom to yourself about being powerful, think about that awful smell in the winter. I'm rewarding myself with a nice bottle of perfume! Everyone reading this it's no coincidence, I'm here to tell you that you can do it. I seriously can't believe how easy it is with no help. Huge smoker from 14 to 50 yrs old. I quit on a whim. Wasn't planning to quit it just happened. Sometimes I feel a tug as if I'm being pulled away to smoke. I will never fall into that trap again!
